• ·Internal page-view and event tracking — which pages load, which features get used

Functional

These power features you opt into, like live support chat or embedded widgets.

• ·Crisp Chat — live support messaging (loads only when you open chat)
• ·FanBasis — secure checkout and fraud detection on purchase pages (Merchant of Record)
• ·UI preferences — theme, collapsed sidebar, last-viewed tab

Marketing

These measure the effectiveness of our advertising and help us reach creators who might benefit from Restackd. These are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner.

• ·Affiliate attribution — credits the referrer when you sign up through an affiliate link
• ·UTM parameters — tracks which marketing campaign brought you to the site
• ·Retargeting pixels (if deployed) — shows you Restackd ads on other platforms

Each third party is governed by its own privacy policy. We do not control the cookies they set.

Note: blocking strictly-necessary cookies will break login, checkout, and other core features.

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies. We rely on your consent (Article 6(1)(a)) for analytics and marketing cookies, and on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) for strictly-necessary cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time through the cookie banner.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and CPRA apply. We do not sell personal information for money. If we share information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising, we treat that as a “sale” or “share” under CCPA and honor your right to opt out. We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect new cookies, services, or legal requirements. Material changes will be announced via the cookie banner or in-app notice. The “Last updated” date at the top tells you when this policy last changed.
