Do I need an audience already?

How does the affiliate program work?

70% commission on every Lifetime sale you refer — $174.30 per sale, paid via FanBasis Payouts (Dots disbursement: PayPal, bank, debit, gift cards) within 30 days of clearing. Available in 51 countries including all of EU, UK, CA, AU, NZ, IE, plus APAC, LATAM, MENA, India, and South Africa.

What if I want a refund?

These Terms govern your access to and use of Restackd (restackd.com), operated by Pedrablanca Digital Group LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. About Restackd

Restackd is a SaaS platform that provides affiliate and digital marketers with tools including AI-powered content generation, branded landing pages, a digital product storefront, affiliate link management, and analytics. Restackd is a platform — it connects creators with tools and buyers. We are not a marketing agency, employer, or partner.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Restackd. By using the Service, you represent that you are legally authorized to enter into this agreement and, if using on behalf of a business, that you have authority to bind that entity.

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your login with others or allow unauthorized access. Notify us immediately at support@restackd.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

One person or entity per account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or suspensions is prohibited.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

4.1 Plans

Restackd offers a Founder Lifetime License ($99 one-time during pre-launch — limited to the first 100 founders, transitioning to $249 thereafter), a monthly subscription ($49/month), and an annual subscription ($33/month billed annually at $392/year). Current pricing is available at restackd.com/pricing. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice; existing subscribers are grandfathered at their current rate for the duration of their active subscription.

4.2 Renewals & Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then.

4.4 Credit Packs

Additional AI generation credits may be purchased as one-time credit packs. Credits are non-refundable and do not expire while your account remains active in good standing.

4.5 Payment Processing

Restackd uses third-party payment processors to handle billing. Your payment information is processed securely by our payment provider; Restackd does not store full card numbers. By making a purchase, you authorize us to share necessary information with our payment processor to complete the transaction.

5. Subscriber Tools and Content

5.1 Tools You Can Use

Restackd provides software tools that subscribers use to create digital marketing content and digital products, including AI-generated social media content (Mint), AI digital product generation (Spark), pre-made digital product templates (Template Library), educational courses, and tactical playbooks. All tools are accessed through your Restackd subscription.

5.2 Content Ownership

Content you generate using Restackd's tools is yours. You retain full ownership of digital products you create with Spark, custom content generated through Mint, and any modifications to Template Library templates. Restackd does not claim rights to your output.

5.3 Where You Sell

Restackd is a creator toolkit, not a marketplace or storefront. You can use Restackd to build content and products, then sell those products on platforms of your choice (Stan Store, Whop, Beacons, Shopify, your own website, etc.). Restackd does not host storefronts, process buyer payments, or take a percentage of your external sales.

5.4 Affiliate Program

Members can opt into the Restackd Affiliate Program. Approved affiliates earn 70% commission on every $249 Lifetime sale referred. Founding Member ($99) sales do not pay commission and are direct sales by Restackd. This is an affiliate relationship for promoting Restackd itself; affiliates are not selling their own products through Restackd. Affiliate commissions are tracked internally and paid out weekly (every Friday) via FanBasis Payouts. Affiliate participation is governed by a separate Affiliate Agreement.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Restackd to:

·Sell illegal, counterfeit, fraudulent, or harmful products
·Misrepresent your identity, products, or affiliations
·Infringe on intellectual property rights
·Violate FTC disclosure requirements for affiliate marketing
·Send spam or engage in deceptive marketing practices
·Circumvent, disable, or interfere with platform security features
·Harvest or scrape data from the platform
·Use the platform to facilitate money laundering or financial fraud
·Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

Restackd reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these standards without notice.

7. AI-Generated Content

Restackd uses third-party AI to generate content suggestions. You own the content you generate, subject to the AI provider's terms. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring your published content complies with all applicable laws — including FTC affiliate disclosure requirements.

FTC Disclosure Reminder: If you're using AI-generated content for affiliate marketing, you must disclose your affiliate relationships clearly in each post. Restackd does not add disclosures automatically. See the FTC guidelines at ftc.gov.

8. Intellectual Property

The Restackd platform, including its design, code, branding, and pre-built digital product catalog, is owned by Pedrablanca Digital Group LLC and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

You retain ownership of original content you create using Restackd's tools. By using the Service, you grant Restackd a limited license to display and deliver your content as necessary to operate the platform.

9. Earnings Disclaimer

No Income Guarantee. Any references to earnings, income, or financial results on Restackd or its marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only. Individual results vary significantly based on effort, experience, market conditions, and many other factors. Restackd does not guarantee any specific results or income.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESTACKD AND PEDRABLANCA DIGITAL GROUP LLC DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL RESTACKD BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Affiliate Program

11.1 Affiliate Participation

Users may apply to join the Restackd Affiliate Program, which allows affiliates to earn commissions by referring new customers to Restackd Lifetime ($249) purchases. Founding Member ($99) sales are direct Restackd sales and do not pay affiliate commissions. Participation is voluntary and subject to approval.

11.2 Commission Rate & Structure

Approved affiliates earn a 70% commission on every $249 Lifetime sale referred — that is $174.30 per Lifetime purchase. Commissions are calculated based on actual revenue collected from referred customers. Founding Member ($99) sales do not pay commission.

11.3 Affiliate Agreement

Your participation in the Affiliate Program is governed by the Affiliate Agreement available at restackd.com/legal/affiliate-agreement. By signing up for the program, you agree to be bound by the terms of the Affiliate Agreement, which may be updated from time to time. In case of conflict between these Terms and the Affiliate Agreement, the Affiliate Agreement controls.

11.4 Commission Payouts

Commissions are calculated and paid weekly via FanBasis Payouts every Friday. Each commission clears after a 30-day clearing window (covering the buyer refund window). After clearing, eligible commissions are included in the next Friday batch. A $10 minimum payout threshold applies — commissions below the threshold roll over until met.

11.5 Clawback & Refunds

Because all sales are final and non-refundable, commissions are not subject to clawback once they clear the 30-day window. You will be notified of any adjustments via your affiliate dashboard.

11.6 FTC Compliance

Restackd's Affiliate Program is a bona fide affiliate relationship. If you promote Restackd as an affiliate, you must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in all marketing materials in compliance with FTC Endorsement Guides. Failure to include clear disclosures (such as "#ad", "#sponsored", or similar) is a violation of these Terms and may result in program suspension or termination.

FTC Affiliate Disclosure Required: When you share your affiliate link or promote Restackd, you must include a clear disclosure that you will be compensated (e.g., "This is an affiliate link — if you purchase through it, I earn a commission at no extra cost to you"). See ftc.gov/endorsement-guides.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the JAMS Streamlined Rules, except you may bring claims in small claims court for qualifying disputes.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance.
