Refund Policy
Effective: May 4, 2026
All sales final.
Restackd is a digital product. The moment you complete payment, you receive instant access to the entire platform — every feature, every tool, every template. Because of the immediate-access nature of the product, all sales are final and non-refundable.
What this means
- No refunds for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or "didn't use it enough."
- No refunds for failure to read documentation, complete onboarding, or follow tutorials.
- No refunds based on individual results (your earnings depend entirely on your effort).
- No partial refunds for unused time (Lifetime is one payment, not a subscription).
- No exchanges or transfers between accounts.
Exceptions
The only situations where Restackd will issue a refund:
- Duplicate charges — accidentally charged twice for the same product. We refund the duplicate within 7 business days of report.
- Unauthorized purchases — someone bought without account-holder consent (proven via investigation). Subject to FanBasis dispute resolution.
- Technical failures by Restackd — if our platform fundamentally fails to deliver as described for 30+ consecutive days and we cannot fix it. Extremely rare.
Outside these specific exceptions, refunds are not granted. By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and accept this policy.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback dispute with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting our support is a violation of these terms. We provide complete signed-purchase records (timestamp, IP, agreement consent) to FanBasis (our merchant of record) to defend any chargeback. Successful chargeback disputes may result in account termination and removal of access to the platform.
Why no refunds?
Digital products with instant access are commonly non-refundable across the industry — Digital Wealth Academy, Iman Gadzhi, Hormozi, Tate's Real World, and most major creator-economy platforms operate this way for the same reason. Once you have access to the entire platform, the product has been delivered in full.
