Restackd is a SaaS platform that provides affiliate and digital marketers with tools including AI-powered content generation, branded landing pages, a digital product storefront, affiliate link management, and analytics. Restackd is a platform — it connects creators with tools and buyers. We are not a marketing agency, employer, or partner.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Restackd. By using the Service, you represent that you are legally authorized to enter into this agreement and, if using on behalf of a business, that you have authority to bind that entity.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your login with others or allow unauthorized access. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
One person or entity per account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or suspensions is prohibited.
Restackd offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Current pricing is available at restackd.com/pricing. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice.
New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. Your payment method is charged on day 4 unless you cancel before the trial ends. We will send a reminder before your trial expires.
Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time via your account settings or billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then.
All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact [email protected] within 14 days.
Additional AI generation credits may be purchased as one-time credit packs. Credits are non-refundable and do not expire while your account remains active in good standing.
Users may list and sell digital products through their Restackd storefront. As a seller, you are the merchant of record for each transaction. You are responsible for your products' accuracy, legality, and quality. Restackd provides the infrastructure (hosting, checkout, delivery) but does not verify or warrant the products you offer.
Restackd charges a 5% platform fee on each product sale, automatically deducted at the time of payment. Stripe's standard processing fees apply separately and are deducted by Stripe.
Digital products are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. Because digital goods are consumed upon delivery, all sales are final and non-refundable unless the product is defective (i.e., the file is corrupted or fails to download). If you receive a defective product, contact [email protected] within 7 days with documentation of the defect.
Payment processing services on restackd.com are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Services Agreement. By agreeing to these terms or continuing to operate as a seller on restackd.com, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of restackd.com enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide restackd.com accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize restackd.com to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.
Payouts are governed by Stripe's terms and schedule. Restackd has no liability for Stripe payout delays or holds. Payment processing is provided by Stripe, Inc. and its subsidiaries. For payment-related inquiries, visit stripe.com/contact.
You agree not to use Restackd to:
Restackd reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these standards without notice.
Additionally, you agree that your products and business activities comply with Stripe's Prohibited and Restricted Businesses list. Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account suspension and termination of payment processing services.
Restackd uses third-party AI to generate content suggestions. You own the content you generate, subject to the AI provider's terms. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring your published content complies with all applicable laws — including FTC affiliate disclosure requirements.
FTC Disclosure Reminder: If you're using AI-generated content for affiliate marketing, you must disclose your affiliate relationships clearly in each post. Restackd does not add disclosures automatically. See the FTC guidelines at ftc.gov.
The Restackd platform, including its design, code, branding, and pre-built digital product catalog, is owned by Pedrablanca Digital Group LLC and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
You retain ownership of original content you create using Restackd's tools. By using the Service, you grant Restackd a limited license to display and deliver your content as necessary to operate the platform.
No Income Guarantee. Any references to earnings, income, or financial results on Restackd or its marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only. Individual results vary significantly based on effort, experience, market conditions, and many other factors. Restackd does not guarantee any specific results or income.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESTACKD AND PEDRABLANCA DIGITAL GROUP LLC DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL RESTACKD BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or at our sole discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, except where required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the JAMS Streamlined Rules, except you may bring claims in small claims court for qualifying disputes.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance.
