This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes the activities that are not allowed when using Restackd. It supplements our Terms of Service and applies to every customer, every team member, and anyone using the Service on behalf of an account.
1. Permitted Use
Restackd is built for digital creators, coaches, educators, agencies, and small businesses that want to run their operations from a single workspace. Examples of permitted use include:
- Running a legitimate online business or agency

- Building a paid community or membership
- Email and SMS marketing to opted-in subscribers
- Customer relationship management and pipeline tracking
- Running funnels, landing pages, and storefronts
- Affiliate marketing with proper FTC disclosures
2. Prohibited Content
You may not use Restackd to create, host, distribute, or promote content that is:
- Illegal under United States federal or state law, or the law of your jurisdiction
- Sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance, no exceptions)
- Pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult-oriented content directed at general audiences
- Hate speech, threats, or content that promotes violence or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
- Promotion of self-harm, eating disorders, or suicide
- Gambling-affiliate offers, online casinos, sports-betting offers, or any content that promotes unlicensed gaming
- Drug paraphernalia, illicit substances, or unregulated supplements
- Weapons sales, firearm modification, ammunition, or explosives
- Malware, ransomware, spyware, exploits, or hacking tools
- Phishing, credential-stealing, or social-engineering content
- Counterfeit goods, fake credentials, or content infringing intellectual property
3. Prohibited Activities
Regardless of content, you may not use the Service to:
- Send unsolicited bulk email or SMS (spam), or harvest contact information without consent
- Harass, threaten, stalk, dox, or bully any person
- Impersonate any person, brand, or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
- Defraud or deceive customers, including running pyramid schemes, get-rich-quick scams, or fake-scarcity tactics that misrepresent material facts
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service at scale, or circumvent rate limits
- Use bots, scripts, or other automation to create accounts, post content, or generate engagement in ways not provided for in the Service
- Interfere with the Service’s normal operation, including denial-of-service attempts, fuzzing, or probing for vulnerabilities outside an authorized bug-bounty program
- Violate any third party’s rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
4. Email and SMS Compliance
If you use Restackd to send email or SMS, you are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including:
- CAN-SPAM Act (US). Accurate sender identification, working unsubscribe link in every email, and prompt honoring of opt-out requests within 10 business days.
- TCPA (US). Prior express written consent before sending marketing SMS, including a clear quiet-hours window (no SMS before 8am or after 9pm local time).
- CASL (Canada). Express consent, sender identification, and unsubscribe mechanism.
- GDPR and ePrivacy (EU/UK). Lawful basis for processing (typically consent), data-subject rights honored.
All recipients must have opted in. Purchased, scraped, or co-registered lists are not permitted. We monitor abuse-feedback loops with major mailbox providers; high complaint rates may trigger account suspension while we investigate.
5. Affiliate Program Abuse
If you participate in the Restackd affiliate program, you may not:
- Refer yourself or your own household to earn commissions
- Run incentivized signup farms (pay-to-click, cashback bribes for signups that never become real customers)
- Make misleading claims about Restackd’s features, results, or pricing
- Bid on Restackd brand terms in paid search advertising (including “Restackd,” “Restackd.com,” and obvious misspellings)
- Spam or use cookie-stuffing tactics to manipulate attribution
See the full Affiliate Agreement for details on commissions, payouts, clawbacks, and terminations.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected AUP violations and take action including warning, content removal, feature limitation, account suspension, or permanent termination. We exercise discretion based on the severity of the violation and prior history. For serious violations, including illegal activity or content harmful to minors, we may suspend immediately without prior notice and may report to law enforcement. Fees forfeited under AUP enforcement are non-refundable.
7. Reporting Violations
If you believe a Restackd customer is violating this AUP, email abuse@restackd.com. Include URLs, screenshots, and any other relevant evidence. We review every report and respond to credible reports within 48 hours.
8. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the Service or by email at least 30 days before they take effect, except for changes required by law or to address active security threats, which may take effect immediately.
