Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. This Refund Policy explains how our 14-day money-back guarantee works, when refunds apply, and how to request one. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

1. The 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New customers who purchase the Monthly Plan ($97) or Annual Plan ($497) are eligible for a full refund within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase, no questions asked. The 14-day window starts on the date your card is first charged. After 14 days, fees become non-refundable except as described below.

2. Monthly Plan Refunds

The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to the first month of your subscription only. Subsequent monthly renewals are non-refundable. If you no longer wish to be billed, cancel before your next renewal date from your account dashboard or by emailing us. You retain access through the end of the paid period.

3. Annual Plan Refunds

For the Annual Plan, you receive a full refund of $497 if you request it within 14 days of the initial purchase. After 14 days, we do not refund the remaining months on an annual subscription, but you keep access to all features through the end of your paid year. Annual renewals (year two and beyond) are also covered by a 14-day window from the renewal date.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@restackd.com from the email address associated with your Restackd account. Please include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address on your account
  • Your order ID or the date of purchase
  • A brief note (optional, but helps us improve)

We process refund requests within 5 to 7 business days. Funds typically return to your original payment method within an additional 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before disputing it with your bank or card issuer. We can usually resolve issues faster than a chargeback (which can take 30 to 90 days). If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, your account may be suspended pending review. Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account closure and may be reported to credit bureaus or collection services where permitted by law.

6. Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items

The following are not refundable:

  • Usage-based services already consumed. SMS sends, AI generations, phone-system minutes, email overage, and similar metered usage are billed for delivery completed and are not refundable.
  • Add-ons, one-time purchases, or implementation fees that have been delivered.
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. Fees forfeited under these circumstances are non-refundable.
  • Affiliate commissions that have already been paid are subject to clawback if the underlying sale is refunded, per the Affiliate Agreement.

7. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If your card or bank account is no longer active, we will work with you to find an alternative method permitted by our payment processor. We do not issue refunds in cash or check.
